Small Bonds
After working with clients for 20 years and watching them struggle with collateral, we decided to do something different. We no longer take personal property (cars, jewelry, trailers) for collateral on small bonds under $10,000.
Arizona Bail Bonds requires the full payment of small bonds in cash. Payments can be made over the phone, or by email, using a credit card. Other payment methods include bank wire, or Zelle. Additionally, many of our clients prefer making a direct deposit into one of our bank accounts:

We encourage our local clients to post small bail bonds themselves at the county jail or at the court. However, for clients that live out of area, or for those that don’t want to travel to the jail, using Arizona Bail Bonds is the fastest and and most secure method of paying for a bond. When the case is over we make sure the court returns your bail amount.
Large Bonds
Large bonds, $10,000, or greater, can be collateralized with real estate, as well as with cash like the smaller bonds. Your collateral (cash or real estate) is always returned to once the bond has been exonerated. The fees charged are non refundable.
