CREDIT CARD BAIL BONDS

Post bail by phone – the fast, easy way to post bail.  One or more credit cards can be used to pay the entire bail amount and fee.  The transaction can be handled over the phone, so there is no need to travel.  Payment is handled via an invoice link sent to your email, or phone.  Once the transaction is approved, our Arizona Bail Bonds agent will post your bond.

When the case is over and the bond has been exonerated and returned to us, you will receive your bail amount back.  The fees are non-refundable.

LARGE BAIL BONDS

Any bail amount greater than $10,000 is considered a large bond.  All large bonds require collateral equal to the bond amount.  Collateral can be cash, credit card charges, or qualifying real estate.  Collateral is returned once the bond has been exonerated.  Large bond fees are 10% of the bond amount, plus expenses (i.e. recording fees, travel, etc.).  Arizona Bail Bonds has put together some of the largest bonds in the state.

SURETY BONDS

Surety bonds are known as paper bonds, or secured bonds.  They are the typical type of bond that Arizona bail bonds posts.  Collateral must be provided on all bonds in Arizona.  Collateral can be cash, or real estate and is returned once the bond has been exonerated. A 10% premium fee plus expenses will be charged on all bonds; fees are non-refundable.

CASH ONLY BAIL BONDS

Cash bail is assigned by the court and requires the full bail amount to be paid in cash.  If the bail amount is less than $10,000 we can act as your agent by posting your cash, or charging a credit card.  If the bail amount is $10,000 or larger, Arizona Bail Bonds can take qualifying real estate, cash, or credit cards.

The premium fee on cash bonds is dependent upon what you are providing for collateral.  If the collateral is cash, or credit card charges, and the client provides all the cash for the bail, the premium would be 10% of the bail amount.  If client uses qualifying real estate and we use our cash for the bail, the fee would be anywhere from 30-50% of the bail amount.  Please call for a quote.
